Who we are looking for

For our Rome office, we are seeking a professional with a strong technological background to join our Compliance & Analytics team, focusing on Privacy Technology, Data Governance, and Data Protection projects.

The candidate will work closely with clients' IT Security, Data Management, and DPO teams, contributing to data mapping, the implementation of privacy solutions and platforms, and the digitalization of compliance processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Privacy Tech, Data Governance, Information Management, or IT Compliance roles within complex environments.

  • Practical knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations, with a tech-driven and business-oriented approach.

  • Concrete expertise in using privacy technologies, GRC tools, and cloud/web platforms (e.g., OneTrust, MS 365, Data Catalog).

  • Familiarity with data lifecycle management, cybersecurity basics, and IT risk models.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical mindset, and the ability to interface with both technical and legal teams.

  • English level: C1.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

  • Degree in STEM/Data/Cybersecurity, or hybrid IT + Compliance backgrounds.

  • Privacy Technology certifications (e.g., OneTrust Certified Professional/Expert, IAPP).

  • In-depth knowledge of European and international digital regulations (e.g., AI Act, Data Act, NIS2).

Skills to acquire

  • Analysis of information systems and data flows to support GDPR, AI Act, and Data Protection initiatives.

  • Configuration, use, and optimization of Privacy Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust) and GRC tools.

  • Data discovery and data mapping: supporting data classification, integration with IT systems, and governance models.

  • Contribution to Privacy by Design projects, DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessments), and RoPA (Records of Processing Activities) management via digital tools.

  • Oversight and monitoring of project activities and deadlines, including organizational planning and resource coordination.
