Who we are looking for

For our Milan and Padua offices, we are seeking a Consultant to join our application team dedicated to implementing PLM solutions and integration activities.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience using SAP ERP, specifically modules related to the PLM process: SAP EPD/IPD, ECTR & CAD Integration, SAP Document Management, and basic proficiency in CAD design tools.

  • Knowledge of other SAP modules is appreciated, specifically Change Master & Change Record, Recipe Development, and Material Management (MM).

  • A degree in scientific or economic disciplines is preferred.

  • Strong interest in PLM topics and product development sustainability.

  • Ability to personally lead projects as a Project Manager, managing client relationships.

  • Ability to manage a work team, training and guiding the professional growth of junior resources.

  • Additional Skills: Good command of English (written and spoken), willingness to travel to client sites, proactivity, a commitment to continuous learning, and a strong aptitude for teamwork.

Skills to acquire

  • Business process analysis and requirement gathering with stakeholders.
  • Interfacing with operational users, middle management, and IT departments.
  • Mapping AS-IS flows and defining TO-BE models.
  • Production of functional documentation (specifications, gap analysis, test books).
  • Collaboration with the technical team for developments and integration with external systems.
  • Support for internal and client-side testing.
