Who we are looking for

For our Rome office, we are seeking a determined and motivated junior candidate driven by strong curiosity and passion, who wishes to embark on a highly professional career path in IT consulting. The successful candidate will be mentored by senior colleagues and involved in a team dedicated to international activities and projects in the areas of IT compliance and IT security.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in scientific fields (Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent)
  • Interest in projects related to the IT consulting world
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Access
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Skills to acquire

The successful candidate will work on the analysis of project requirements, taking care of drafting all supporting reports and documentation.

Specifically, the activities will cover all project phases, the collection and analysis of functional requirements, client interaction, issue management, and user support.

The areas of intervention include software platform management, as well as the monitoring and optimization of existing processes. The candidate will be involved in projects aimed at evolving the processes and tools that support the company's business.
