Learn about the IT team at Syscons

What is the role of the IT team in Syscons?

Milko: Our main goal is to support people. We are the point of contact for day-to-day support and to ensure that everyone can work smoothly and safely. I also take care of the organizational part and vendor relations.

Riccardo: I mainly follow operations: workstations, software, hardware and cloud services. In general, we work to make everything work easily for users: access, mail, security, new entries, and incident management.

Milko: Not forgetting asset management: PCs, phones, and everything else needed to work well.

In recent months you have completed an important transition to Impresoft Group.

Riccardo: This has been one of the most challenging projects we have tackled. We completed the migration to the Impresoft domain, a key step to align with the group's infrastructure and standards.

Milko: A real "digital move," tackled with the goal of ensuring business continuity and making the change as transparent as possible for people.

Riccardo: Today, this path represents a concrete step towards an ever greater integration in Impresoft Group and a more structured collaboration with the other realities of the group.

How has the team evolved over time?

Riccardo: Since 2023 the team has grown a lot, also thanks to the collaboration with the other IT teams in the group.

Milko: We manage about 300 users and, thanks to group synergies, we can share skills and best practices, offering an increasingly robust and aligned service.

From a human perspective, what is it like working at Syscons?

Riccardo: The environment is positive and collaborative: you work with commitment but also with serenity.

Milko: Syscons has an open and horizontal culture, based on confrontation and trust. That really makes a difference.

Riccardo: Even in the most complex situations, the approach is always constructive and solution-oriented.

A significant moment was the move to the new headquarters.

Milko: We directly followed the start-up of the office, taking care of the network, workstations and infrastructure.

Riccardo: A work done together with Formula colleagues, which makes working in these spaces even more meaningful today.

How important is the fellowship in your daily work?

Milko: It is crucial-we work closely together, which makes us faster and more effective.

Riccardo: Being present often helps a lot with communication and collaboration.

Milko: We are a small team, but very close-knit, and this allows us to best support Syscons on its journey within Impresoft Group.
