Michele

When did you join Syscons and what impact did you have with the environment and the work?

Michele: I joined Syscons in September 2022 and the impact was immediately very positive. I also found again colleagues with whom I had worked in the past, inserting myself in a reality that was going through a phase of change and evolution, while maintaining solid roots.

I experienced this entry as a personal and collective challenge: to contribute to change with respect, aware that I was entering a company with an important history. I tried to bring my experience with a spirit of collaboration and listening.

How has your path evolved since then?

Michele: In the beginning I was responsible for introducing a more structured culture of data management and building the team dedicated to reporting. Today I coordinate a structure of about 40 people working on processes and data.

Growth has been rapid and the real challenge has been learning how to delegate, building trust. Over the years we have welcomed new people and integrated different skills and experiences: keeping this variety together is the most complex work, but also the most challenging.

Human relationships seem central to your approach to work.

Michele: For me, they are fundamental. People need to know that they can count on real support, especially in times of difficulty.

I try to provide structure, clarity and communication, because it is communication that makes everyone feel part of a common project. I don't like the word "boss"-I prefer to think of the person in charge as someone who flanks, supports and accompanies people's growth. Today, the solidity of the team is the most important result.

What does creating connections within Syscons mean to you?

Michele: It means building connections between different people, skills and points of view. I am a great believer in the value of collaboration and the strength that comes from the meeting of differences.

In Syscons we work every day to connect different experiences and perspectives, creating a context in which everyone can contribute and feel part of a greater whole. It is from these connections that the true strength of the team is born.
